Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of markstilesmarketing.com and the services of Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC ("we," "us"), a Michigan limited liability company based in Lansing. By booking, purchasing, or working with us, you agree to them.

One company, three sites. markstilesmarketing.com, fixmycrmfast.com, and theaiguyz.com are all operated by Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC and sell the same services at the same prices — they're different front doors into the same practice, not different companies. These terms apply to your engagement regardless of which site you started on.

What we provide

Free Snapshot — a no-cost, no-obligation first look at your website and CRM, used to point you to the right next step.
CRM Audit & Report ($297) — a read-only review of your CRM. We connect without write access and never change, merge, or delete a record during the audit. You receive a graded report card and a prioritized action plan.
Digital Diagnosis ($150) — a report card covering your website, Google Business Profile, AI search visibility, and social media, excluding CRM systems.
CRM Fix Service ($1,497) — the findings from your CRM Audit fixed to your approval, covering up to 10 items from the report. Repair work beyond that scope — a migration or a ground-up rebuild — is quoted separately as a project starting at $5,000.
Post-Diagnosis fixes — flat-priced repairs following a Digital Diagnosis (for example: broken links, Google Business Profile, website speed, social media, AI visibility, or website work), each quoted at a fixed price before we start.
Ongoing monitoring — optional monthly upkeep of your CRM and its connected touchpoints after a fix, billed at $499/month, $400/month on a 6-month agreement ($2,400 total), or $2,797 as a one-time engagement.
Larger projects — website rebuilds, migrations, and other work beyond the scope of a fix, quoted individually starting at $5,000.
AI Guyz quick fixes and website/social builds — flat-priced digital repair work as described on theaiguyz.com.

Fees, credits, and timelines

Your $297 CRM Audit fee or $150 Digital Diagnosis fee is credited in full toward your fix if you move forward within 30 days of receiving your report. It is not refundable once the report has been delivered, and it is not automatically waived — any promotional waiver (for example, at a partner event) will say so explicitly on the offer.
Reports are delivered within 2–3 business days of read-only access being granted, followed by a findings call within 3–5 business days.
Approved fix work is completed within 15 business days of your go-ahead — our goal is 10, and most land well inside it. The clock pauses whenever we're waiting on something from you (access, content, or a decision) and does not run during any posted office closure.
"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any office closure posted on our sites.

Scope, quotes, and billing

Project work is defined by a written proposal, the flat-price description on our site, or the scope of a delivered diagnostic report. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start.
Hourly work (such as SEO/AEO/GEO) is billed at the rate stated in your proposal against agreed projected hours — no surprise invoices.
Retainers and monitoring agreements renew monthly and can be canceled for the following month with written notice (email is fine).
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Work may pause on accounts with unpaid balances.

What we need from you

Timely access to the accounts and information the project requires (for example, read-only CRM access, website hosting, or business details), and a decision-maker we can reach. Delays in access can shift delivery dates.

Results, honestly stated

We do skilled, good-faith work, and we stand behind it — but no marketing company can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead counts, or revenue, and we don't. Search engines, AI answer engines, and ad platforms change constantly. Where we share past results, sample reports, or case studies, they're illustrative of patterns we commonly see, not a promise of your outcome.

Your materials and ours

You keep ownership of your business's content, data, and accounts. When a project is paid in full, the deliverables we built for you are yours.
Our internal tools, templates, and know-how remain ours, and we may use similar approaches for other clients.
You're responsible for having the rights to materials you give us to use (logos, photos, copy).

Affiliate disclosure

Some resources and tools we mention may include affiliate links for products Mark personally recommends. They never change what you pay, and we only recommend what we'd use ourselves.

Cancellations and refunds

Diagnostic fees ($297 CRM Audit, $150 Digital Diagnosis) are refundable if requested before the report is delivered, and non-refundable afterward — the credit-toward-fix mechanic above is the way that fee keeps its value if you proceed.
You can cancel fix or project work at any time with written notice; you pay for work completed to that point, and any unused prepaid balance for work not yet started is refunded.
Flat-price quick fixes are refundable before work begins.
If something we delivered isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Ingham County, Michigan.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
