Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC (markstilesmarketing.com) is a Lansing, Michigan marketing-services company. We provide CRM audits and fixes, website and digital builds, and SEO/AEO/GEO services. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email, phone number, and business name when you book a call, request a quote, or email us.
- Scheduling information — appointments are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter to schedule with us.
- Project information — details you share with us about your business, CRM, or website so we can do the work you hire us for.
- Billing information — payments are handled by our payment processors; they collect your name, email, and payment details to complete the transaction. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic site analytics — like most websites, our hosting may log anonymous technical data (pages visited, browser type) to keep the site running well.
What we do with it
- Deliver the services you hire us for and communicate about your project.
- Reply to your questions and provide support.
- Send proposals, invoices, and scheduling confirmations.
- Send occasional updates if you asked for them — you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We do not send spam or share your email with advertisers.
- Client project details stay confidential — we don't share them outside the vetted team working on your project.
Third-party services
Scheduling is handled by Calendly and payments by our payment processors, which have their own privacy policies. Some resources and tools we mention may include affiliate links for products Mark personally recommends; if you follow them, the destination site's policy applies. Your choices
