Privacy Policy

Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC
Last updated: September 4, 2026

This policy covers markstilesmarketing.com, theaiguyz.com, and fixmycrmfast.com. The AI Guyz and Fix My CRM Fast are trade names of Mark Stiles Marketing, LLC. Whichever site you arrived from, the company handling your information is the same.

This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it. It is written to describe what actually happens today, not what I intend to build later. Where this policy and the Terms of Sale address the same subject, the Terms of Sale control.

1. What I collect

Free score and snapshot requests. The name and email you enter to receive your results, plus the website or CRM details you provide so the score can be produced.

Questionnaires and order intake. Depending on which service you request, this can include your name, business name, email, phone, website address, social media pages, the systems you use, the areas you want examined, and whatever you tell me about the problems you are running into. I use this to scope the work and to write your report.

Purchase information. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to complete the order. I never see or store your card number.

Messages you send me. Email and form correspondence is kept so I can answer you and so there is a record of what was agreed.

Public information about your business. Diagnostic work examines what is already published about you — your website, your listings, your search results, and how AI systems describe you. That comes from public sources.

Site analytics. Google Analytics records anonymous technical data such as pages visited, referring source, and browser type. These sites share a measurement setup with markstiles.ai, so a visit that crosses between them is counted once rather than several times. Hosting also keeps standard server logs.

2. Access to your systems

Diagnostic work is read-only. I look, I record what I find, and I report it. Nothing is modified during a diagnostic engagement.

Repair and build work is different, and it requires separate written authorization identifying what may be changed and what access is being granted. When you grant that access:

I use it only for the work you authorized. I do not share your credentials or your business data with anyone. I will never use your business data to train AI models. And I ask you to revoke the access once the work is finished.

Keep your own backups before repair or build work begins. You own your systems, and you should not be dependent on me to restore them.

3. What I do with your information

I use it to produce and deliver what you purchased, to answer your questions and provide support before and after the work, and — if you asked for them — to send occasional updates. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop the messages required to deliver a service you have paid for.

4. What I never do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not send spam or share your email with advertisers. I do not use one client's business data to benefit another.

5. Third parties

Payments run through Stripe and analytics through Google. Each maintains its own privacy policy and handles your data under its own terms. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Links from these sites to other companies' tools or resources take you to services I do not control.

6. Security, stated plainly

I take reasonable care with your information: access is limited to me, credentials are not shared, and client data is never used for AI training. But you should know the scale of what you are dealing with. SOC 2, HIPAA compliance, and cyber insurance are expected during 2026. They are not in place today. This is a sole proprietor operating an LLC, not a firm with an audited security program. If your organization requires a vendor to carry any of those, I am not the right fit yet, and I would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

7. How long I keep it

Reports, correspondence, and order records are kept as long as needed to support the engagement and to meet business and tax record requirements. Ask me to delete something and I will, unless I am required to retain it.

8. Your choices

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email me and I will take care of it promptly. Residents of California and of other states with privacy statutes have these rights by law; I extend them to everyone.

9. Children

These sites are intended for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

I will revise this page when the business changes, and the date at the top will change with it.
