About Mark Stiles

Marketing leader, trusted community brand, communicator, and business-minded creative.

I have spent more than 33 years working across many industries, from healthcare to higher education to entertainment and media, and I enjoy helping small business owners with their business development. That experience shapes the way I build my successful marketing strategies today. I want business owners to feel good about their business and get recognition in the community for what they are offering.

I do not see marketing strategies as just a website and a Facebook page. I see marketing as a communication tool, a trust builder, and a growth asset that should reflect the real value of the business and the leadership teams behind it.

My Story

I bring real-world marketing experience into every website I build.

Businesses do not just need pages. They need message clarity, audience understanding, trust, structure, and a better path toward action. That is the lens I bring to every project.

What I believe

A website should reflect who a business really is, what it does well, and why someone should trust it. It should reduce confusion, improve confidence, and make it easier for the right people to take the next step.

How I work

I combine strategy, structure, copy direction, design thinking, and marketing sense. I work to make websites feel clear, credible, useful, and aligned with real business goals.

Leadership Background

Experience that shapes the way I build and guide brands.

My background is one of the strongest reasons clients trust my work. I have not only built websites. I have also led marketing, represented organizations, supported growth, and communicated on behalf of brands in the real world.

Creating Brands with Business Owners

This video series reflects Mark’s work helping business owners feel more comfortable, confident, and recognizable on camera. In this project, he helped shape the on-camera presence, message style, and visual branding around a locally owned gutter company, turning the owner’s personality and service story into short, approachable brand videos.

The goal was not to make the spotlight about the marketing itself, but to help the business owner come across clearly, naturally, and memorably while reinforcing trust in the services being offered.

The long road to building a marketing business with real-world experience behind it

Over the years, I have worked in business, higher education, healthcare, entertainment, and business development. Every one of those chapters taught me something about people, trust, communication, and what makes a message actually connect.

Today, that experience shapes the work I do through Mark Stiles Marketing. I want the businesses and organizations I help to present themselves clearly, professionally, and honestly. I want their websites to feel like a true extension of who they are.
